Often, we as fleet safety managers get wrapped up in the daily routine of checking off compliance boxes as we get tasks done. We seldom look at ways we can improve tasks such as maintaining regulatory compliance, reviewing and implementing human resource policies, following maintenance schedules and so much more. Sometimes it helps to step back and take a good long look at your operation from a different perspective.

With the help of some of our safety council’s most experienced and knowledgeable fleet safety practitioners, we have developed a two-hour seminar to discuss concepts and practices beyond just being compliant. Dig deeper into topics such as accident response processes, developing employee handbooks and manuals, hiring third-party advisers, avoiding social media pitfalls, and implementing overall best practices.
