IMPORTANT: Contact Brandie Norcross before calling The Grand Hotel to request the conference discount passcode. Please be advised that rates cannot be changed at check-in or checkout for those who failed to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation was made.
Our preferred room rate for this year’s meeting is $259 plus tax for a Deluxe Room
(upgrades available upon request).
- Resort charge: 15% per room per day plus tax.
- Rates are based on double occupancy.
- Check-in is 4 p.m. // Checkout 11 a.m.
- Rooms are available first come, first served
- You are strongly encouraged to make your hotel reservations as early as

*The ATA room block for the Annual Convention is currently full. There are still rooms available outside of the block and conference attendees are not required to stay on site. Here is a list of nearby hotels in the area.
**Cancellation Policy: Once an individual reservation has been made, any changes
should be made directly with the hotel. The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa requires individual cancellations to be made 5 days prior to arrival or a first night’s room room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file. Full refund of deposit will be forfeited unless cancellation is received five days prior to arrival.
**Early Departure Fee: An early checkout fee of one night’s room and tax will be
charged unless the Hotel is advised prior to or at the time of check in.
